2. Location & Background Tracking

Continuous tracking features may require precise location access, including background access when permission is granted.

3. Prohibited Use

• No unauthorized tracking, malware, security bypass, or service abuse.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or interference with the platform.

4. Fees and Liability

Paid plans follow the pricing shown at purchase. Services are provided "as is" and liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

5. Termination and Governing Law

Access may be suspended for violations. Governing law and venue apply as stated in contract and mandatory legal rules.
