These Terms govern use of TraxNavi’s website and mobile app (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be able to form a binding contract. If acting for a company, you confirm you have authority.
- You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activity under your account.
- You will comply with applicable U.S. laws and regulations.
2. Location & Background Tracking
Certain features require continuous access to precise location. If you grant “Always” permission, the mobile app may collect location in the background (including when the app is closed or not in use) to provide uninterrupted tracking and accurate ETAs. You can disable permissions in device settings, but some features may stop functioning.
3. Acceptable Use
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with the Services.
- No unauthorized tracking of individuals without required consent or lawful basis.
- No introduction of malware or attempts to bypass security.
4. Third-Party Services
We rely on third-party providers (e.g., mapping, routing, analytics). Their terms and policies may apply.
5. Plans, Fees & Taxes
If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated.
6. Intellectual Property
TraxNavi and its licensors own all rights in the Services. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services during your subscription.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is.” We do not warrant continuous, error-free operation or accuracy of third-party data (e.g., map tiles, traffic, weather).
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or lost profits. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.
10. Governing Law & Venue (U.S.)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms and will revise the “Last updated” date above.
