End User License Agreement (EULA)

This EULA is a legal agreement between you and TraxNavi for the TraxNavi mobile application (the “App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to this EULA.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for lawful business use with the Services.

2. Restrictions

• No reverse engineering, decompiling, or circumvention of security.
• No unlawful monitoring of individuals without a lawful basis and requisite notices/consents.
• No removal of proprietary notices.

3. Background Location

To enable uninterrupted vehicle tracking and accurate ETAs, the App may collect location in the background when you grant “Always” permission—even if the App is closed or not in use. You can modify permissions in device settings; certain features may not function without them.

4. Third-Party Components

The App may include or interact with third-party libraries and services (e.g., maps, routing, analytics), which may have their own terms.

5. Updates

We may provide updates or modify the App. Some updates may be required for continued use.

6. Disclaimer & Liability

The App is provided “as is.” Liability is limited as described in our Terms of Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate this license if you violate this EULA. Upon termination, you must delete the App.

8. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Venue lies in Wilmington, Delaware courts, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
