This Privacy Policy explains how TraxNavi (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website traxnavi.com and the TraxNavi mobile application (the “Services”). Questions? info@traxnavi.com.
Notice at Collection (United States)
We collect the following categories of personal information for the purposes stated below:
- Identifiers: name, email, company, phone (if provided).
- Precise Geolocation: GPS data for live vehicle tracking, ETA, and trip history. On mobile, with “Always” permission, location may be collected in the background (even when the app is closed or not in use) to support uninterrupted tracking.
- Internet/Device Activity: IP, device model, OS/app version, usage logs, diagnostics, crash data, and performance metrics.
- Cookies/SDK Data: cookies on the website; mobile SDK signals in the app (see Cookie Policy).
Purposes: provide and improve Services, security/fraud prevention,
analytics,
support, legal compliance, and—with consent—optional marketing.
Retention: kept as long as necessary for the purposes above and to
comply with law; trip/location history retention may be configured by organization administrators.
Selling/Sharing: We do not sell
personal information and do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by CPRA.

- Operate live tracking, routing/ETA, and historical route replay.

- Comply with law and enforce Terms of Service.
3. Employer Responsibilities
If you use TraxNavi to monitor vehicles operated by personnel, you represent that you have a lawful basis to collect and process workers’ location data and that you will provide any notices and obtain any consents required by applicable law and workplace policies.
4. Sharing of Information
- Service Providers: hosting, analytics/crash, mapping/geocoding/routing, customer support—bound by contract.
- Corporate Events: merger/acquisition/asset transfer under this Policy.
- Legal & Safety: to comply with law or protect rights and safety.
5. U.S. State Privacy Rights
Depending on your state (e.g., California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia), you may have rights to: access/know, delete, correct, and obtain a portable copy of your data, and to opt-out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling in furtherance of decisions with legal/similar effects. To exercise rights, email info@traxnavi.com. We will verify your request and respond within the timelines required by applicable law (e.g., 45 days under CPRA, with possible extension).
6. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
7. Data Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method is 100% secure.
8. International Transfers
Data may be processed in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards.
