Account & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data as described below. We will verify your request and respond within applicable legal timelines (e.g., 45 days under CPRA, extendable once).

1. In-App Deletion (Recommended)

  1. Open the TraxNavi mobile app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings > Account.
  3. Select Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.

Note: Organization administrators may have legal retention obligations (e.g., trip or invoice records). Where required by law or for security, some data may be retained.

2. Request by Email

If you cannot access the app, email info@traxnavi.com with subject “Data Deletion Request” from the email associated with your account. Include your full name and company (if applicable).

3. Scope of Deletion

  • Account profile and credentials.
  • Personal identifiers and personal location history tied to your account.

We may retain anonymized/aggregated data and information required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, security, or auditing.

4. Verification & Appeals

We may request additional verification. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email with “Appeal” in the subject line.
