Account & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and related personal data using the methods below.

1. In-App Deletion (Recommended)

  1. Sign in to the TraxNavi app.
  2. Go to Settings > Account.
  3. Select Delete Account and confirm.

2. Request by Email

If you cannot access the app, send a request from your account email to info@traxnavi.com.

3. Scope and Exceptions

Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, or audit purposes.
